**EMPIST LLC RANKS #110 ON THE CHANNEL FUTURES™ MSP 501 LIST**
*Celebrating 9 Years as One of the World’s Top Managed Service Providers*
**Chicago, Illinois**: What an honor it is to be featured as one of the top 501 MSPs in the world for the 9th time. The entire EMPIST team is incredibly proud to once again be recognized for our work as an outstanding Managed Service Provider, especially in the light of such a difficult year. After ranking #116 on the Channel Futures™ MSP 501 list in 2020, we are thrilled to announce that we have jumped 6 placements, now coming in at #110 in 2021.
Much of EMPIST’s sustained growth is a direct result of our steadfast commitment to meeting the distinctive needs of a constantly evolving marketplace. In 2020, the evaluation practices of the Channel Futures™ MSP 501 list were remolded to better reflect the importance of such a commitment. In addition to the new methodologies assessed in [last year’s rankings](https://empist.com/empist-ranks-116-on-the-channel-futures-msp-501-list/), in 2021 MSPs were also required to meet a minimum revenue level.
The evaluation metrics used to determine the top 501 MSPs this year included:
- Revenue per employee
- Percentage of total revenue earned from recurring revenue
- Percentage of total revenue that is profit
- Total revenue
Although EMPIST may not be the largest Managed Service Provider, our excellent margins, attention to market demands, and diverse offerings lead to success time and time again.
